Olivia Barnard worked at McKinsey & Company (ranked as the #1 consulting firm by Vault). Beyond her consulting duties, she served as a resume screener, case coach, and facilitator at McKinsey’s information sessions and interview workshops. While at McKinsey, Olivia coached >40 students on a 1:1 basis and was officially paired up with 6 students to serve as their interview prep mentor. 3 of her 6 mentees landed an offer from McKinsey.

Upon leaving McKinsey, Olivia built Signature Interview Prep. Through this company, she has shared resume and interview preparation advice to over 2,000 candidates. Olivia has also helped candidates rewrite their resumes, hone their casing skills, and sharpen their behavioral stories. Her candidates have landed offers from Bain, BCG, McKinsey, and more.
