Olivia leverages her extensive recruiting experience to guide Signature Interview Prep candidates. Specifically, Olivia supported McKinsey and Company’s hiring efforts as a resume screener, case coach, and by leading and participating in various networking and informational sessions at schools across the US.
Olivia served as the women’s lead for Notre Dame attraction efforts. Through this role, she coached dozens of students on a 1:1 basis and ran group workshops and coffee chats. She was also paired up with six students to serve as their official interview prep mentor. Three of her six mentees landed roles at the firm, affirming Olivia’s passion and talent for career coaching.
